Okay, I shall work through the weeks one by one. And hope that I don't forget anything. Which I most likely will, but... XD
First up after the Halloween disaster was Disneyland Tokyo. :D I'm a sucker for Disney, so imagine how happy that made me.
It was ridiculously expensive, even though the tickets were 1000¥ off. That took the price down to 5200¥ (~67USD), which made me contemplate for a long time whether I actually wanted to go - but the love for anything Disney and theme park eventually won out. That and people telling me I was stupid to actually think of not going XD They were right, too, because I had a blast that day.
We left the dorms at about 6am, I think, with 9 people in total:
We got there really early - and even got to see Tokyo Bay on our way there - with Disneyland just barely having opened, but there were already masses of people there. And it wasn't even a holiday. A Wednesday instead, you'd think people would have better things to do in the middle of the week XD
But luckily our Korean girls had informed themselves well and found out about fast passes. You could get one with your entry ticket once per hour and they gave you a designated time during which you could just bypass the queue and hop right on the ride. It was awesome and let us ride a lot more things than I think we'd have gotten to otherwise. First on the list was (of course) Space Mountain, which is one of two roller coasters in Disneyland. it's basically set up like a roller coaster in the dark, except there's little lights and stuff everywhere that makes it seem like you're riding through the galaxy instead. The starting point as well, it makes it seem like you're heading straight into a wormhole. Epic awesome ♥
I also got to see the backstage of that ride, but let's not go into why exactly. >_>
Between the rides we visited Toon Town, which is exactly what the name suggests, except in life-size. Mostly shops and silly things to play with there, as well as rides for little kids. Didn't go on those :P
We also visited the haunted house while waiting for our next fast pass to be valid, which... really wasn't that haunted, and I get scared easily XD But I really enjoyed it, because it took you through the world of A Nightmare Before Christmas.
Another thing we didn't get a fast pass for (sold out, lol) was Splash Mountain, and I think that was my favourite ride in the entire park. Well, duh, it's wet and you get to ride down waterfalls, that's a default awesome right there.
And man, did I get wet. Not because I sat in the front or something, I was actually in the second to last row. but let me illustrate how apparently Splash mountain works, compared to how it's done abroad:
So we have these nice little ladies in front of us... having fun and all... and we have the waterfall approaching. Cue the Japanese ladies going OMG DUCK and the silly foreigners going OMG YAAAAAY ARMS UP IN THE AIR.
...yeah. I was completely drenched. And apparently my hair was stuck in the position it's in on the picture. But at least Yuuya and I protected the two behind us, I guess XD Plus, I don't ride something like that to stay dry in the first place :D
After that we stumbled into a Disney parade :D It#s the first time I've actually watched a parade in a theme park, and it was so much fun <3
After that we headed to the next fast pass place, aka the second roller coaster there was. it really didn't look all that fast or exiting, but in the end it was really fun :D Yuuya had also lost his fast pass, but the lady in charge of checking them was really nice and marked him down on one of our passes, so he could ride as well :3 so sweet, I really didn't expect that!
No picture of Thunder Mountain, sadly, but well. I was kind of busy there. >_>
We also visited the inside of Cinderella Castle. I'm not that big a fan of Cinderella, but it was still really cool to see everything. And we got to sit on the throne. Seeing how I'm planning to take over the world I ought to practice sitting on a throne anyway.
We watched the Dreamlights Parade before our last rides of the day, and it was so beautiful ♥ It was already completely dark then, which made it amazing to watch.
After that we had pizza (surprisingly enough food there was normally priced!) and went to Alice's Spinning Cups to celebrate our Unbirthday :3 And for the last ride we did Space Mountain again, which was when I had my rather unplanned encounter with the backstage area. But it was still interesting to see~
And thus ended one amazing day at Disneyland Tokyo. Next on the list is Disney Sea. :P
The next weekend I went to a Koto concert. Nothing too exciting or special, but it's still a part of Japanese culture and was completely worth seeing. Sadly the concert itself was 4 hours long, so after a while the brain just went completely into overload. I don't actually remember a whole lot from it, other than the fact that they played the Mickey Mouse theme and It's A Small World at one point, which was awesome :D Following the Disney theme, hehe.
A week after that we went on a bus trip to Suwa, Nagano Prefecture. Yet again we left the house at around 6 in the morning, but this time the weather wasn't so nice :( Instead the rain was pouring down the entire day, which made the trip slightly less exciting. But at least I got to sleep on the bus (although others of us were being kept awake by Japanese people who wanted to practise their English on us XD). I think it took about three hours to get there, but the first stop was shortened a lot because we were running late. So we did a high-speed tour of the temple we were visiting first.
I did get to see kids dressed up for 七五三 though, that was really pretty. They were trying really hard not to get their kimonos wet too. Hehe, I think they failed.
Anyhow, I think this was among the biggest temples I've visited since I was here. I really wish it hadn't been raining, so I could have gotten better pictures of it. It was my first time seeing Miko going about their business too, so interesting to watch.
Last but not least we went to a stone Buddha that was caved into natural stone. You walk around it three times and pray to it and Buddha will grant you good fortune :p Not quite how Buddhism works, but this is how the Japanese roll, yo.
Following this, the next 'big event' was my visit to a Japanese middle school. For those not in the know, here's the wiki article. Basically, these kids are 12-15 years old.
The school invited foreigners from all kinds of different countries to do presentations about their countries for 3rd year students. Everyone got three classes to do this presentation for - in Japanese, of course. I fumbled my way through that, but when question time started it got really hard at times. My vocabulary doesn't even match that of kids, let me go cry now ;~; Well, no, I honestly can't expect to be anywhere near on par with a native speaker. :p
I was, however, asked by all three classes whether I had a boyfriend. ô.o Japan, what is it with your fixation on that? Or maybe that was just me. Do I look like I have one? XD
After we finished presentation we then had to do a little speech in front of all the students in the gymnasium. I did not know this. I was completely unprepared, and that was no good. I don't even remember what I gibberished at them XD But it's okay, I'm a foreigner after all. >_>
We then ate lunch in our respective presentation rooms, together with the students. it was kind of awkward, but, well. I just don't do people.
And I think I will make a cut here, because this is getting rather long, and I still have two more weeks to cover. Which I will. Eventually. >_>

Und irgendwie sind aus den zwei Wochen sechs geworden. Ups? XD Ich kann halt nicht gut mit bloggen und so. Sorry ♥
Ich mach mich dann mal dran, durch die Wochen zu wühlen. Und so wenig wie möglich zu vergessen… XD
Als erstes nach dem Halloween-Desaster stand Tokyo Disneyland auf dem Plan. :D Absolutes Highlight, wenn man bedenkt, wie gerne ich Disney mag. (Wobei hier eigentlich alles ein Highlight ist.)
Es ist verdammt teuer, selbst wenn man bedenkt, dass wir noch 1000¥ Rabatt bekommen haben. Dadurch hat es dann ‚nur‘ noch 5200¥ gekostet (~50€), aber ich hab lange überlegt, ob ich mir das wirklich leisten soll. Es folgten Tritte in den Hintern und die Liebe für Disney hat gewonnen. :p
Das Wohnheim haben wir um etwa 6 Uhr verlassen, zu 9 Leuten:
Wir sind ziemlich früh angekommen (und haben sogar auf dem Weg die Bucht von Tokyo zu sehen bekommen) und Disneyland hatte gerade erst geöffnet, aber Es waren trotzdem schon Massen an Menschen da. Sollte man nicht meinen, an einem Mittwoch. XD
Aber zum Glück hatten unsere Koreanerinnen sich schlau gemacht und rausgefunden, dass es sogenannte ‚Fast Passes‘ gibt. Man kann mit seiner Eintrittskarte pro Stunden einen ziehen und darauf steht dann eine bestimmte Zeit während der man an der Schlange vorbei direkt auf die Attraktion kann. Dadurch konnten wir einiges mehr machen, als wenn wir hätten anstehen müssen. Als erstes auf der Liste war Space Mountain, eine der beiden Achterbahnen. Im Prinzip eine Achterbahn im Dunkeln, aber überall sind kleine Lichter, sodass es aussieht, wie im Weltall. Und am Anfang wird man durch ein Wurmloch geschossen. :D
Ich bin auch hinter die Kulissen gekommen, allerdings etwas unfreiwillig >.> Details stehen nicht zur allgemeinen Verfügung.
Zwischendrin haben wir Toon Town besucht, was im Prinzip eine Replika war, nur halt in Menschengröße. Hauptsächlich Shops und Attraktionen für kleine Kinder. Auf die bin ich nicht gegangen. :p
Wir sind auch ins Geisterschloss während wir auf unseren Fast Pass gewartet haben, aber wie erwartet war das nicht sonderlich furchteinflößend XD War aber trotzdem schön, weil man durch Szenen aus Nightmare Before Christmas gefahren wurde ^^
Wir haben auch keinen Fast Pass für Splash Mountain bekommen (Ausverkauft XD), aber ich glaube, das war meine Lieblingsattraktion. Naja, klar. Es hat mit Wasser zu tun und man fällt wo runter, das alleine machts schon großartig.
Und mann, bin ich nass geworden. Nicht, dass ich in der ersten Reihe gewesen wäre, ich war fast ganz hinten. Aber anscheinend macht man hier Splash Mountain anders, als auswärts:
Wir hatten also die netten Damen vor uns sitzen… Spaß am haben… und dann kommt der Wasserfall. Und gleichzeitig ging es vorne DUCKEN!!, während wir hinten YAY, ARME HOCH machten.
…jep. Ich war durchweicht. Und anscheinend standen meine Haare genauso hoch, wie in dem Foto. Aber immerhin haben Yuuya und ich die beiden hinter und beschützt oder so XD Außerdem geh ich nicht auf sowas drauf, um trocken zu bleiben. :D
Danach sind wir über eine der Paraden gestolpert :D Das war das erste Mal, dass ich mir eine im Freizeitpark angesehen hab, und es war richtig schön <3
Danach haben wir unseren nächsten Fast Pass eingelöst, für die zweite Achterbahn. Die hat eigentlich gar nicht so schnell und interessant ausgesehen, war aber trotzdem richtig gut :D Yuuya hatte seinen Fast Pass verloren, aber die nette Dame, die kontrolliert hat, hat ihn auf unseren drauf markiert und er konnte trotzdem mit. :3 Hätte ich nicht erwartet.

Wir sind auch ins Disney Schloss gegangen. Nicht wirklich mein Stil, war aber trotzdem ganz nett zu sehen. Außerdem konnte man sich auf den Thron setzen, und da ich die Weltherrschaft an mich reißen werde sollte ich das eh üben :p
Vor den letzten beiden Attraktionen haben wir uns die Dreamlights Parade angesehen, das war wunderschön ♥ Komplett im dunkeln, dadurch kamen die Lichter super raus.
Danach gabs Pizza (erstaunlicherweise hatte das Essen normale Preise) und es folgten die Drehenden Tassen von Alice, wo wir unseren Nichtgeburtstag gefeiert haben. :3 Und als letztes sind wir nochmal auf Space Mountain gegangen. Zu dem Zeitpunkt bin ich hinter die Kulissen geraten XD War sogar relativ interessant~
Damit endete dann Tokyo Disneyland auch schon :( Als nächstes ist Disney Sea auf der Liste XD
Am nächsten Wochenende hab ich ein Koto Konzert besucht. Nicht sonderlich spektakulär oder spannend, aber trotzdem ein Teil der Kultur, den es zu erleben gilt~ Leider war das Konzert selbst 4 Stunden lang und irgendwann hat mein Gehirn sich einfach mal abgeschaltet :( Aber schön wars trotzdem. Sie haben sogar den Mickey Mouse theme und It’s A Small World gespielt ^^ Alles ist Disney, hehe.
Eine Woche später ging es dann auf eine Bus Tour nach Suwa, Nagano Präfektur. Und schon wieder um 6 aus dem Haus, allerdings war das Wetter diesmal nicht so schön :( Es hat den ganzen Tag geschüttet, wodurch der Ausflug auch einen Dämpfer bekommen hat. Aber wenigstens konnte ich im Bus schlafen (im Gegensatz zu einigen anderen, an denen Japanische Englischkenntnisse ausprobiert wurden XD). Ich glaube wir waren etwa 3 Stunden unterwegs, aber der erste Stopp wurde abgekürzt, weil wir Verspätung hatten. Also einmal im Schnelldurchlauf durch die Tempelanlage.
Ich hab ein paar Kinder entdeckt, die für 七五三 herausgeputzt waren, sehr hübsch anzusehen. Die versuche, ihre Kimonos nicht nass werden zu lassen sind gescheitert. Hehe.
Wie auch immer, das waren so ziemlich die größten Tempelanlagen, die ich gesehen hab, seit ich hier bin. Ich wünschte, es hätte nicht geregnet, dann hätte ich bessere Bilder machen können :( Ich hab zum ersten Mal auch Miko gesehen, sehr interessant.
Als letztes sind wir zu einem steinernen Buddha, der in natürlichen Fels geritzt war. Man geht dreimal drum herum, betet ihn kurz an und hat dann in der nächsten Zeit Glück :p Nicht ganz wie Buddhismus funktioniert, aber die Japaner sind mit Religion sowieso etwas eigen.
Das nächste ‚große Event‘ war dann unser Besuch einer Mittelschule. Falls man sich kurz informieren will, hier ist das Wiki. Im Grunde genommen Kinder zwischen 12 und 15 Jahren.
Die Schule hat von überall her Ausländer eingeladen, um für Drittklässler Vorträge über ihr Heimatland zu halten. Jeder hat drei Klassen bedient, also dreimal die gleiche Präsentation – auf Japanisch, natürlich. Da hab ich mich durchgewuselt, aber danach kam dann allgemeine Fragestunde. Anscheinend ist es sehr wichtig, ob man einen Freund hat, weil ich wurde in allen drei Klassen gefragt. Hörte beim zweiten Mal auf, witzig zu sein :| Allgemein hatte ich ein bisschen Probleme, weil selbst Kinder eloquenter in Japanisch sind, als ich. ;~; Nicht, dass ich erwarten könnte, mit Muttersprachlern mithalten zu können… XD
Nach den Präsentationen sind wir dann alle in die Sporthalle und durften dann vor sämtlichen Schülern eine Rede halten. Hm, wusste ich nichts von. Also munter was gekauderwelscht, ich hab keine Ahnung, was ich versucht habe zu sagen. Aber macht nix, ich bin schließlich Ausländer >.> Immer lächeln, und nicken.
Danach noch mit den Schülern zu Mittag gegessen. War ein wenig seltsam, aber wir wissen ja alle, dass ich nicht gut mit Leuten kann.
Und ich glaube, hier hör ich jetzt erstmal auf, weil das doch ziemlich lang wird und ich immer noch zwei Wochen zu schreiben hab >_> Was ich… erm… irgendwann mache… >_>
